Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes plans change, and clients need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible when you know you will be unable to attend your appointment. This provides the practice with the opportunity to offer the spot to other clients who are waiting for an appointment.

Our cancellation policy will be enforced when repeat failure to attend, or late cancellations occur.

Failure to notify the clinic of a cancellation or reschedule with more than 4 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. 

This is applicable to all patients – Private, Worker’s Compensation, Third Party, Veterans Affairs and Enhanced Primary Care Patients. You will be personally accountable to pay the fee. 

This amount is payable before the clinic is able to make further appointments for the client.
