Do I need a referral ?
No referral is needed to see a Physiotherapist. However you will require a referral from your GP if you plan on claiming treatment expenses though Workers compensation (WC), Compulsory Third Party (CTP), Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan (CDM), or Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
Can I use my Health Fund ?
Yes. On the spot health fund claiming is available via HICAPS. Please note you must present your health fund card at time of payment to be able claim your rebate on the spot.
What do I need to bring ?
Please bring with you any relevant Doctors letters, reports, referrals, or scans.
What can I expect in my Initial Consultation ?
In your Initial Consult we will assess, diagnose, treat and develop an ongoing management plan to lead you through recovery.
